He’s Not Big On Tunes is a story mission by Weaver in Days Gone.
Your task is to help Weaver find an MP3 player and you can find one at Chemult.

Talk to Weaver
To begin the mission, talk to Weaver. He’s located in his tent inside the ark.
Find Weaver’s MP3 player
You can find an MP3 player at the Chemult camp, which is actually filled with freakers.
As you get there, you’ll notice a horde of them waiting. You can’t get the player unless you get them out, or kill them all.
Take out the horde
It’s better if you just eliminate the horde. They aren’t as big as some of the other hordes.
An easier way to kill them is to lure them out. Some will be separated and you can kill smaller groups at a time.
Use your bike if needed to lure some of them out.
Get the MP3 player
Grab the player inside one of the tents. Search all of the yellow marked areas on the radar.
Return to Weaver
After getting the player, get back to Weaver at his room in the ark.
The mission completes here. You’ll get 7,000 XP for completing this mission.
