ECHOnet Neutrality is a side mission you will get in Pandora in Borderlands 3.
Your task is to help remove a device that’s throttling the local’s ECHOnet devices.
Here’s a walkthrough of ECHOnet Neutrality in Borderlands 3.
This mission is recommended for level 30 and above.
Talk to Edgren
Speak with Edgren who is in Roland’s Rest, Devil’s Razor.
He used to be a pro-gamer.
Head to ECHOnet Hub 37
Look for the UG-Thak (device that’s throttling bandwidth) at the location shown in the map below. It’s just nearby Roland’s Rest.
Locate UG-Thak
Once you’re inside the campsite, you’ll encounter many COV enemies. Take them all out if you want to.
Your main aim is to locate the UG-Thak.
You’ll see a huge tower. At the bottom of the tower, there’s a wooden plank blocking the room.
Destroy the wood and enter the room.
Use the computer to locate the device.
The door will open and you’ll see UG-Thak inside. Shoot at it.
Kill COV
As it’s protected by some firewall, you need to find another way to get rid of it.
But first, you’ll need to kill the COV.
The hardest part here is probably the Anointed as their HP is really high.
Open tubes
Next, you need to open 5 tubes. The location is all shown in the map.
While doing so, more enemies will come (including Anointed). You can ignore them though.
Just sprint around and open all 5 tubes.
Turn the valve like in the image below to open the tube.
Destroy UG-Thak
After opening all tubes, head back to the UG-Thak to destroy it.
Talk to Edgren
Head back to Edgren to receive your reward.
The mission completes here. You’ll earn some cash and a new weapon.
