Order 7 is one of the tasks you need to do in Death Stranding.
Your task is to retrieve a Chiral Printer Interface from the MULE Camp Southwest of Capital Knot City.

Head to the MULE Camp
Your first objective is to reach the MULE Camp. The location is shown in the map below, southwest of the Distribution Center.
Keep going until you spot some MULEs in the area. You can use the tall grass to avoid detection.
Use the Strand to stealthily incapacitate the terrorists. Otherwise, you can punch them until they’re unconscious.
Punching them is easy if you’re on an easy difficulty.
Retrieve the Chiral Printer Interface
Whether you’re using full stealth or you plan to bring all of them down, retrieve the Chiral Printer Interface from the postbox in their campsite.
Return to the Distribution Center earlier.
Use the terminal to deliver the Chiral Printer Interface.
