Death Stranding: Order 43 (Blood Delivery) Walkthrough

Order 43 is another main order for Sam in Death Stranding.

Your task is to deliver blood to the Distribution Center north of Mountain Knot City.

Here’s a walkthrough of Order 43 in Death Stranding.

Head to the distribution center

Your main objective now is to reach the distribution center north of Mountain Knot City.

Pick up the blood package first. The location of the center is shown in the map.

You can either walk or take a vehicle there. Players may have built bridges for an easier journey.

If you don’t have a vehicle, try fabricating or using a floating carrier to put your cargo.

As the terrain is harsh, it may be better to put some of the load on the carrier.

On the way, you will come across plenty of terrorists. These terrorists are not after your cargo, but are after your life.

If you kill them, they will turn into BTs after some time (if not disposed in the Crater Lake).

It’s better to use a Bola Gun to tie them up or use an anti-lethal weapon instead.

After passing through the terrorist area, continue walking until you reach the distribution center.

Use the terminal to make the blood delivery.
