Death Stranding: Order 16 (Eliminate BT) Walkthrough

Order 16 is probably the last order you’ll get in episode 2 of Death Stranding.

Your task is to kill the big tentacle BT monster right after the cutscenes.

Here’s a walkthrough of Order 16 in Death Stranding.

Prepare before heading out to Lake City

After Order 14 where you had to deliver aid packages, you should rest in the private room first.

Stock up on Hematic Grenades before heading out of the Bridges delivery building.

Right after coming out, a cutscene will load automatically where you’ll be introduced to Higgs played by Troy Baker.

He will somewhat summon a big octopus-like BT monster for you to deal with.

Your only task is to eliminate the BT. Get on high ground first. You can climb up the buildings or containers.

To kill the BT, simply throw your Hematic Grenades onto the BT’s body.

You will see the HP of the BT and each time you hit, it will reduce accordingly.

Get its HP to zero and you’ll defeat it.

After the fight, you can continue walking to the ship heading towards Lake Knot City.

Before you leave, you will be given a warning to complete your pending orders.

Once you’re ready, just walk towards the gate.

Cutscenes will load showing Sam and Fragile heading to Lake Knot City.
