Order 11 is a task you have to do in Death Stranding after delivering the power supply unit.
Your task is to deliver resins from the Wind Farm to the Distribution Center west of Capital Knot CIty.

Return to the Distribution Center
After picking up the resins, you need to head back to the Distribution Center southeast of the Wind Farm. The location is provided in the map.
If you’ve dealt with the BTs, then the area will be clear.
You can use the same route you took to come here. Some players may have built ladders and ropes already. You can use them.
Head back to the Distribution Center.
Deliver resins
Use the terminal to deliver the requested cargo (resins).
