In Death Stranding, you will come across vehicles and they can be used to make transport much easier.
You will find a Reverse Trike right outside a Distribution Center in Episode 2 of the game.
Here’s how you can build a generator to power the bike in Death Stranding.
How to build a generator
The bike you find outside the Distribution Center doesn’t work as it’s not powered up. However, once it’s powered up, it has an auto-recharge function where you no longer need a generator.
To build a generator, you need to first complete Order 9 which is to bring a power supply thingy to the Wind Farm northwest of the Distribution Center.
Once you’ve completed it, you will be able to build a generator using a PCC.
Hold L2 when using a PCC (on PS 4) and you can switch structures to choose the generator. Place it near the bike.
The bike will automatically charge and it takes a couple of seconds before it becomes full.
You can now use the bike to go places. To recharge the bike, you simply need to enter your “private room” whenever you find one.
The bike will be recharged automatically upon entering a private room.
