This place is in the northern area of Kythera. The exact location is shown in the map below, marked as the quest completion symbol.

As you reach the Temple of Aphrodite, get to the red door and interact with it.

A cutscene will load where you have to answer questions on what the note says.

You will only hear a voice but you won’t know what she looks like.

And that’s it for this quest as it completes here. You will earn a pair of Priestess Gloves and some drachmae for your troubles.
