American History Museum is a main mission in Tom Clancy’s The Division 2.
Your task is to extract interrogation data from the True Sons’ stockade.
Here’s a walkthrough of American History Museum in The Division 2.
The recommended levels are from 7 to 11.
Enter the museum
Your first objective is to find a way into the museum. There’ll be plenty of gunmen before you even reach the entrance.
Once inside, kill all of the gunmen in the compound.
Locate the security terminal
After entering the building, locate the security terminal.
Access the security terminal
Now, get to the terminal and access it. It should look like a computer.
Reach the archive room
Now, you need to get to the archive room. Find this door (image below) and use the keypad to open it.
Once inside, you’ll face with even more enemies. Kill all of them.
Keep going forward.
At one point, you need to use the escalators to go down further.
Now, you’ll face more enemies. Kill all of them. This mission is much easier when played in a group.
There may be those with purple HP bars as well.
There are also gunmen with the yellow HP bars. They are higher ranking officers and are harder to kill.
Once they’re dead, go forward.
You will now reach a pretty cool area which is part of the museum’s display.
Defeat True Sons reinforcements
After clearing the area, take cover as True Sons reinforcements will arrive.
There’s a mounted gun in the area. One player can use it and defeat the hostiles in no time, especially those with the yellow HP.
After defeating them, get to this door which says Patriotism and Protests.
Enter the place and you will need to jump down.
You will come across another door. Open it.
Secure interrogation data
You should now be inside the archive room. Secure the interrogation data against all of the hostiles that are coming in.
Breach True Sons reinforcements
Once you’re done, get out of the building through the north exit (image below).
Kill more of the True Sons hostiles.
You will finally reach the compound of the museum. Outside, there are plenty of hostiles.
Eliminate Captain Briggs
After killing many of the gunmen, Captain Briggs who is the boss will appear.
Take Captain Briggs out.
The mission completes once the area is secure. You will get the Jailbreak trophy.
