Talk to Megakles
To begin the quest, talk to Megakles. He will ask you to help with the blacksmith, horses and to find a warrior.

Complete all three quests first.
Report to Megakles
After completing the quests, talk to Megakles at the same location, shown in the map below.
During the conversation, I chose to tell the truth all three times, instead of lying.
He commended Alexios for telling the truth and this leads to another quest. The quest completes here.
